148. An employer who, after the date of the report provided for in subparagraph 3 of the third paragraph of section 143, becomes a subsidiary of one or more Cree bands or succeeds, in whole or in part, Oujé-Bougoumou Eenou Companee or Oujé-Bougoumou Eenouch Association, is considered to form part of the group for that assessment year from the date on which the employer becomes a subsidiary of or succeeds those legal persons. The same applies to a subsidiary of a Cree band that later becomes an employer, from the same date.

The election made by the group under section 101 is applicable to the employer.
